What the op is after is a way to create the water biome, it would be logical to consider digging down and tiping a bucket of water in would make sense but I don't see that working well from a programming perspective. What could work is giving us the ability to "pave" tiles as water, I'm not saying it should be done or that I want it but I can picture it being feasible, it depends how the server stores the map and water areas. They do have depth so I assume it is more complicated than water is just a type of tile.... Anyway... Gtg
