A pclaimed wall has no soak when the pclaim's owner attempts to destroy it. So you do damage with any amount of biles, just consider however that walls have quite hefty HP values, and tackling them with low phlegm will take you a while, but will be entirely possible (i think).

The soak damage is 80, so basicly from 81 phlegm you can destroy it, however it will take very long.

If you are the owner of the Pclaim the soak will be removed and the wall will be destroyable with any biles.
