Indeed, I'd like to see proof as well. I know there's been a great deal of speculation about bacteria being brought to Earth in comets and many places in the solar system where liquid water or other thing we think life needs has been found, but no actual life or fossils of life found yet afaik.

You can guess two times who will draw the short end of THAT straw.

Well this will probably sound like a bunch of ***** for you and most, but for the sake of giving a perspective to chew on ill say this. As far as i understand it it takes for example, the Sirians (from Sirius wich is 8,7 light years away from us), 45 minutes or less to get here if they wanted. They don't actually travel in the 3rd dimension for reasons Kandarim mentioned above. So in a way they are already here, but not showing themselves.

great, you're one of those :)
I'm one of those non-believers that don't actually think faster-than-light travel is possible.

God I hope one day I'll be proven wrong by men and not some weird looking martians.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

As far as we know, it's not, but there is a theoretically possible Warp drive option. Yeah, exactly like Star Trek, you create a bubble around you and compress/stretch space in such a way that you travel a much shorter distance between point A and point B, and thus you travel a subluminal speeds, but get there faster than light would anyway.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcubierre_drive

Of course, it's only theory and scientists are pretty divided over whether it's even possible in theory.

Something like that what Mereni said. What i heard was they raise their ships frequency to match the 4th dimension and off they go. But that's just what i heard. There is a lot of second, third or fourth hand info out there :D .. which can't be proven.

I think Dallane has a crush on me
Darkness is unknowing, Light is knowing. Shed light to the Darkness to transform it into knowing. Thus it becomes Light.
Darkness is the absence of thought.
