Game Closes to Desk top

Postby Torquemada » Tue Oct 16, 2012 2:49 pm

Please forgive me if this is the incorrect place to post this....
Let me start off by saying I have had no issues what so ever playing Salem up until yesterday.
For some reason now,Ill be playing as normal and go to click on something in the game be it a kill (rabbit beaver etc or skill) and the game will close down to desk top NO ERROR.
I thought to myself perhaps my JAVA was just being dumb, so I totally removed the JAVA and only installed the CORRECT version for my system IE 32 bit. The game ran fine as it did for a a little while then low and behold BOOM close to desk top again. Please take note that the java I install has NO updates just the java client it self nothing more.
Has any one ran into this problem, and if so could you please throw a fix my way?
Thank you for your time

I have tried everything I can think of at this point with no avail. The game will play fine for hours, then out of the blue it will close to desk top and now freeze totally, to were i have to close out of the game and restart.
Please if any one out there has had a issue such as this any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try uninstall all versions of java on your computer, and then reinstall the older Java version 6? It might be java7 or it might be your computer, but I don't think it is the game that has the problem.
