Can't move/interact with mouse

I'm still at the very first part, where I create my character. I can use WASD to move, but not left clicking my mouse. I can't rick click to interact with anyone either.
I can, however, use the middle scroll button to zoom in and out and change the camera angle, though. I can also click on things like my inventory and options. I just can't move or interact.

When this has happened before, it has commonly been because people have been using 16-bit color depth, so please check that.
