Maybe that guy spend good moneys in game, but don't have good tips about game. So he can "ragequit" and never lettin' back to game, and you guys lose good "client".
So that thing like example can give you tip to advice in to creation of some in-game manual for players, tips and tricks, and basic mechanic works.
Let's think about it.

There are plenty of resources about how to build defenses. Heck if had asked any vet player they could have told him that he should probably get a sturdier wall, place a town claim, and have the entire wall covered in braziers. I mean we did that and we don't have a tenth of the loot. If this person never plays again and loses money for the devs that is unfortunate. But him deciding a paper thin wall that took him one afternoon to make was valid protection for hundreds of dollars of loot, that's kind of on him.

And like example if mostly players and that guy knows the tip about @you can store that stuff on alts@, i think your loot and mostly looters never be so big. And for him, it wasn't be so many time hecking like walls and etc.
I don't know if in developers plan to fix stuff holding on alts. But as it work at now, that must be in some tips.

Sorry for the derail, I shouldn't let myself get involved in things like that. Removed the posts to hinnom.

There is plenty going on, you just have to learn about it in game or on side channels.

My point was more about the way posts are removed for derail or whatever and then nobody actually cares to post about the original topic any more anyways.
