I get what they (Adult Swim) are trying to do with the avant-garde comedy, but so much of it is just too out there for me. If I want to think, I'll read some philosophical papers or study new math or programming techniques (like I ever put them to use). If I want to laugh, I'll find something not so high-minded and artsy-fartsy. It's like modern art: unless you've studied it, you have no way of understanding what it means... basically, it's art made for other artists, not for public consumption (that or people too stoned out of their mind).
