I see only 5 requirements. :| Please stop putting questionably legal requests in your recruitment thread and then claiming they are jokes when you're called out on it.

Wasn't a joke, just didn't know it's not allowed, it was a way to know who I'm dealing with. That requirement wasn't frowned upon when it was put down, which was a while ago, when I had the other warning.

Fairly obvious lol

really, its a known prelude to identity theft to ask for ID, even the state and companies cannot ask you for your full ID with social security number to keep on record.
and you, a civilian playing a game are asking for an photocpy of an ID and you had no idea it wasnt allowed?
please.....

where I live I know plenty of companies that request a photocopy of your full ID as identification.
I can't imagine it being much different in the netherlands.

That said, I don't think even candy gang membership would get me to share my ID with this forum :)
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

maybe its legal in the US, but in the Netherlands (where i am from) it most definatly is not legal for companies or even government offices to ask for and keep your ID on record. especially not WITH the social security number in the picture.
as for *****, which part is? the fact that its not legal in the US or that it is a prelude to identity theft. please specify what parts when you comment.

It's illegal to take a copy from someone else's passport in your country, it is however legal to ask for a copy, the person could easily remove the SSN.
It's common that it's asked to show your ID, without a copy being taken, but I don't think people would want to travel half the world to show their ID to me.

For both...

i said it is illegal to ask for a copy of an ID AND keep it on record.

so you asked for a copy, which then i could not check if you kept it on record or not, as such it is considerd not legal.

well then, the part about it being legal or not in the USA, i do not know, it may be *****.
the part about identity theft being done when you have someone's ID AND SSN is absolutely not *****.

You are a delusional **** that must live in fear, do you rip up all your paperwork before tossing it in the bin? Is your computer good secured? Do you use VPN's & proxies every day? Do you keep logs of your phone & emails? Did you ask for legal documents & the ability to look into archives each time you have shown your ID to someone? That's NO ***** & all possibilities for your identity to be stolen !

Now stop derailing my recruitment topic & go ***** somewhere else !
