I still hope to hear a few words about cursed charachters, even though I understand that witches wouldn't like to share their secrets yet and pirates would deny their own mistakes, but I believe salemites deserve some explanations atleast from JC, since pirates claim there were bugs involved (which I truly doubt, but confirmation would be nice).

What is there to understand, those pirates left summonable scents. Therefore they could be online whenever the witch wishes.
