The mailbox message was about the candy bag, the Ballot has been in your mailbox since the 17th of October. The Ballot wont be able to be used now but maybe it would make a fun keepsake to remember the event

Keep the NPC's around for a bit, or something. The amount of griefing is outrageous. A lot of people can't get at the Goatmask dude because of people intentionally blocking him.
