Hello, I saw a few items are sold for 1s in the stalls. With the 35% tax, will that item give a profit if sold? Will 0.65s will be added to the stall account?

They will indeed get .65 silver per item. I assume these people either expect to sell such an item in very large quantities, or they had some extra lying around and figured a little something is better than throwing on the ground.
