Ownership of homestad

is it possible to transfer ownership of homestad to somone or to alt?

Only by killing the owner of the claim stone and inheriting it.

So if i wanth to transfer my claim to alt and move with main closer to darkness i need to destroy ClaimStone and reclaim land?

Yes, if you want to have full permissions on multiple claimstones. You can own more than 1. You simply cannot teleport to more than one.

Your alt can still put silver in the claimstone he doesn't own, so you could just keep it that way.
The downsides are that you don't know exactly how much silver you have left, and that claim management may become trickier.

K, looks like cheaper option on long run to just destroy/alt-claim. What happend with gate-locks and stuff when land is reclaimed? Just interested in mechanic, my alt have copy`s of keys anyway

The claim has no effect on they locks and keys.

My character got murdered but alt didnt inherit claim stone, any idea what gone wrong?

You have to talk with NPC in starting location to inherit stuff

I would also wait 24 hours if I were you, as the patch notes warnings clearly say that inheritance is about to get better.
