Knocked out and cant revive

I can't figure this one out please help!

I stupidly afk'd in Boston and 5 minutes later I was at home knocked out. My blood is on zero and I'm not coming round. Its not a criminal act and I'm on my own property and I don't know what happened to me.

Any idea how long this will last? Any advice appreciated

i dont understand first you're in boston and you're now in your property... anyway it lasted awhile nothing much don't worry unless they killed you for good. calm down, get some drink.
