Go back under your bridge, troll.
I'm not saying you made that up. I'm saying you misunderstood error message or didn't read it correctly.
Why the ***** would game dev tell you there is no such error message if it wasn't truth?
Thing you have described hadn't happened ever in the 3 years of this game. And now you come and say it happened to you, with no evidence to back it up, even though dev says it's not possible.
What's more probable - that dev, who knows game code, is wrong or the fact you, who has no inside knowledge, is right about the dev being wrong?
My personal opinion is that you have seen the error for few seconds, haven't read it carefully and now are simply writing about what you "think" you saw.
In any case - what are you expecting from devs if you can't bring any evidence of said bug? Scan the whole code and spend hours pondering of how would the reported "bug" could be possible?
edit:

That's probably the error you got. There is another one for when the location has been claimed
HOLY ****. I do believe that is the error message!!!! I didn't see this because I ignored you after a post you made about nuts'n'seeds. Which I will remove after this, because so far your posts have been well-written and less ***** than previous. Maybe I just take **** too personally. Who knows.
So here we have an issue where I'm starting a fire, server crashes, and now it thinks I'm not supposed to be there. . . My inventory was NOT at my claimstone, nor was it at the gate. But then again, the message doesn't say your inventory will be 'dropped' it said your inventory will be 'lost'. "losing everything in your inventory."
So, I stand corrected, partially. My apologies to all of you that I argued with, especially you Meow.
But, now we have another issue -- player exploit versus being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I ask that Loftar fix this so that players that just happened to be standing in a spot where a bunny rabbit just hopped, or a fence closed, or whatever, don't have to lose their inventory. Because I assure all of you, my stuff wasn't dropped on the ground anywhere that I could see it. Someone said outside of a gate, someone else said at my claimstone, but it wasn't there. I'm not saying it DIDN'T drop elsewhere, but it didn't drop where it should've dropped given my location when the server crashed.
So anyway, I was wrong, but still think the bug needs to be fixed. . . . and yeah, it's a bug.

So Carver, please either let me slot this dunce cap or make it removable. I actually kinda' like it, but I do think it's too big of a disadvantage given the nature of our conversation.
