I think I want a bed like structure to log out instantly with, or a 30 seconds timer without it. (and a real bed in my hovel)
Maybe a scent-reporting system that give silver to whoever resolve them. You carry a scent to Boston City Hall and sue people (cost silver). They are put on wanted. We kidnap them to earn silver. That guy will be put to jail for bail. Maybe a mail report to your house that "abc sued you yesterday" so you can repair yourself. While carrying out those wanted notes, you can't kill the suspect, so we can see less dying on regular lesser scents... I mean killing people because they steal your stuff? tch...
You thought I quit.

Instead of completely leveling a person's base, what if you could say shatter the glass in the cupboards, use sledge hammers or something to damage ovens, stoves, kilns, etc (repair with wood, brick/stone, clay respectively)? Say if a container is damaged you cannot access the stuff inside until fixed. If a structure like kiln is damaged, you cannot use it until fixed. Sounds fun.

I like that, it's a bit like Arson systems that have been proposed, but gives the attacker some more immediate gratification and costs the defender some resources. Even if the material costs were up too half the original build costs I could see folks sticking it out and repairing, all thouse broken things would be just begging for repair (with their sad 'broken' condition graphics) and I wouldn't have the whole problem of carefully re-positioning every structure/container etc.

If applied to Braizers it would also allow the defender to get defenses back up in a reasonable time so as to be prepared for future raids, allowing a faster pace of tit-for-tat raids.

I like that. and maybe it will raise your stuff's purity if you repair them using higher purity materials.

No that leads to intentional breaking of your own stuff, or even worse completely rebuilding it from scratch, that was the nightmare of Haven quality grind.

You don't need it to be broken to improve it. but you can improve it while fixing it. you know.
