They really need to work on turns to check on the server. It's impossible that every day the server is "crashed" at the same hours, because nobody is checking on it..

Like in any other field, if you can't do it alone, you take someone else to help you. One thing are occasional crashes, another is the server being down for hours because nobody is restarting it. And right after a patch they should expect many crashes, so..
