You can regen humours with Poisoned! debuff while you have Crime! Debuff. Phlegm too.

None of those debuffs blocks regen. Crime used to block regen, but it was removed in february

Poisoned sometimes blocks regen, so either the bugs is it should block it but doesn't, or shouldn't block it but does, depending on the case.

Do you happen to know under what conditions it does block?

I've had it happen occasionally but I've not found any system to it.

I think it's random, and if i've seen a pattern i likely just ended up reinforcing initial impressions.

So far it has seemed like if you fail to eat/regen fairly quickly after the bite it starts to not let you regen at all. Whereas the times I've rushed for the first bit of food and kept spamming constantly, it has let me regen until having access to serum. Just recently a town mate had it block regen and even not allowing regen after using the serum, had to relog for it to work.

Wait, which poisoned debuff are we talking about? The one you get after being bitten by a snake or the one from eating unboiled mushrooms?

Then I think it doesn't block humour regen, it simply lowers it. Over time, snake poison deals more and more phlegm damage and finally it's faster than humour regen from the food.

Maybe, but that's not it.

Sometimes, when poisoned by a snake, it prevents humor regen the same way combat does.

Snake poison drain happens in fairly far apart ticks, that increase in amount from what i've noticed. Regen happens in more ticks, at least more often. It's not like the queued phlegm value goes down as it gets drained, it simply doesn't get transfered into current phlegm at all. Unlike when you're mining and eating at the same time, where the queued humour value empties out into the actual humour level.
