Ah, I see. Well yes, everything that has purity on it now can be increased without destroying it. Knives would be the one exception I suppose but they wear out and break, and then you can just replace a new better purity blade on the hilt once it does. Not that big a deal really.

If structures gain quality over time, with propper use and care, then it will be a much better system than is in place in Haven. The problem with 'The bone saw grind' was not the action of aquireing a new bonesaw but was because the new boards from said bonesaw were now high enough to build higher Q equipment, thus making the old build obsolite and taking up space. (So many winepresses and barrels)

I am really loving the idea of equipment gaining Q over time. Like the bread oven maturing its rich flavor over the countless loaves and pies it has baked. Suddenly it is not your boxes of stuff you worry about being stolen but your equpment being distroyed/burned.

Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

I agree, quality over time is the best option. It makes raiding different too. I guess we'll see people taking over high quality bases instead of leveling them down to ground.

I think the raiding factions will end up with better purity than most of their targets anyway and will still level everything. If they can, that is.

Can you tell us if the structures and items like pots that allow us to increase their purity will have an interface window to check what it is, i am assuming there is some way but i want to be sure. I always hated HnH for the inability to work out what the q of a structure was unless you made a few things in it, i mean they had the window for animals.
