Not the case after the patch. This number is closer to double for players with the nicest of tables.

Ok, as long as the food is balanced in a way promoting variety then it's fine with me

Inb4 hammer & nail reliant furniture crafting, similar to tailoring difficulty reduction, except with table slot increase per each extra chunk of H&N xD would be nice to have a grind for h&n as well. God only knows what the soft cap for planing success rate is.

A veteran will certainly do best to utilize all 12 food groups. Which recipes in those 12 will depend on his style. Is he a spammer? Does he like to gamble with restores? Does he prefer one really hard recipe with super crazy biles? How many steps does he want to go through when preparing the food? Etc. etc. The idea is that there are food choices that fit your play style, as opposed to a single way you 'need' to gluttony.

Was discussed. Was shot down on test server due to the fact it basically devolved to spamming tables over and over until you got the most slots. We are slightly more tolerant of item spamming than we are of structure spamming.

Just speculating for the sake of keeping my hype levels up :) Not hard with all the teasers, I'm sure the system you'll be implementing will be fun enough, hoping it won't just be a massive grindfest demanding for more silver. Would rather have it be a case of major factions having (yet again) to rely on the sheer number of single newbies out there to luck out on rare drops which would then get consolidated into tablezilla.

Oh, don't even get me started on the foods. I was only talking about the new tables.

Glass Table : Requires 40 Glass Panes to craft, guarantees you chip 1 pane worth of hitpoints off the table each gluttony session, and have to repair it before using it again!

Of course that's just for noobs, and the proper elite table would be "Even brittler glass table glued together with the saliva of bears" , that just outright has a 5% chance to implode upon your loading of the map tile. The slightest of vibrations can send this lovely work of art's entire 100 glass pane body flying in the wind, likely into everyone's eye, and even more unpleasantly down their trousers. ¦]
