You don't need multiple accounts to put multiple characters in the same town.

But no, I have no intention of changing rules or implementing mechanics to accommodate players who are unable to utilize a single friend for a 5 minute period to help them with town permissions etc. If you cannot make or find a single friend to assist in this regard, then you quite frankly do not deserve a 'town' in the first place.
