Still waiting for a screenshot of all your proficiencies @ 300.
You can talk about how to raise them all you want, but actually doing that is a complete other matter. For now you're just talking out of your ass.

How much insp do you think costs raising all the proficiencies (except PP) from 300 to 301? I say about 750k insp. Its only 5 Rubbery Mescaline Refresher, which can be easily farmed in industrial amounts.
There is full studiying plan:
That give us:
Arts & Crafts: 44751
Cloak & Dagger: 30160
Faith & Wisdom: 40455
Frontier & Wilderness: 47435
Hammer & Nail: 36115
Hunting & Gathering: 38985
Law & Lore: 30030
Mines & Mountains: 30110
Pots & Pans: 30415
Sparks & Embers: 37465
Stocks & Cultivars: 30125
Sugar & Spice: 31050
Thread & Needle: 30000
Natural Philosophy: 43250
Perennial Philosophy: 9910
Which costs 753898 insp, you can check it yourself. All calculations are done at 0% purity.
Raising proficiencies below 200 is much more easier.
