So far, no one has given us so much trouble that account bans aren't enough. We don't like to do IP bans because that sort of thing can also block other players who don't deserve to be punished. If someone gets too out of hand on the forums, we can always apply an in-game ban to the main accounts. Most people won't want to risk losing their hard work there just for a forum argument.
