Woodworking works not properly

Postby LOMS » Tue Aug 12, 2014 1:48 am

I have 7 amber pins in my cloth, it's 140 for Woodworking + 42 for Productivity.

Without my set I'm planing my boards with 5% per tick.
With set it's 7% per tick.
Seems like planing boards process is affected only by Productivity.

Added:
Same for chopping trees.

Investigating...

Edit: It is working on tree chopping for me. With 140 WW you should see an extra percent or so per swing.

Edit #2: Confirmed it is working on boards. With 0 WW it takes 20 Ticks to complete a planed board. With 140 WW it is taking you 13 Ticks. So that is a pretty fair increase in speed I would say.

Has the change been reverted and woodworking affects sawbuck again?

Ah, the question was about planing boards, not cutting. My bad

Does productivity affect sawbuck working speed?

Nope. The only thing that changes it is a handsaw. Which should hopefully be making its appearance in the Mystery Tool Box soon.

Just tested it same Productivity without woodworking. Yes, woodworking seems to work.
But why +200 to woodworking gives only +40% for speed? Is it intended to be so?

Doing something 40% faster is a pretty good increase. Working as intended.

Does that mean culinary won't affect baking table speed? And we will have to buy rolling pin?
