New Alchemy Bug?

Has there developed a bug with alchemy lately that I missed? I put a turkey in a pressure cooker and watched the instability increase for several tics with no change in the appropriate numbers. The turkey I placed in the retort saw no changes at all. And before anyone suggests this, I did double-check the numbers against the parent turkeys and I do understand how the equipment works. I'm waiting to see what happens with my test tubes.

What are the elemental values of the turkey?

The turkey in the pressure cooker was 1.12/27.10/35.46/36.31. Seems like it went through 3 tics, gained "clearly" instability, and did not change numerical value from that of parent. Another turkey in another cooker did change.

The turkey in the retort has a 0 in one field, but that should not prevent the second lowest value from transferring to the third, should it? I'm positive that I've done this before.

Alchemy does lots of odd random things, it might have just been bad luck.
