Been going through this and trying to figure what we have here, as others hve said new weapons and animations but those buttons hmm.
My guesses so far:
Glass/iron and maybe gold buttons
Needle and thread, ball of twine
clams, pearls
peanuts
new fruit maybe a berrie.
rabbit paw
blueberries/opal maybe
bong
wool or linen/wool bandage
beans and stackable feathers

Those "stackable feathers" look more like throwing knives to me

Some of the items also resemble a spoon with honey on it, or some other stuff.

The feather/knife things don't really look like throwing knifes to me. Not quite sure what they are though.

Maybe the snake skull, along with the lace and other item, are one of three options to add slots to clothing. That way anyone with skulls in their gear wouldn't feel cheated since it would extend the gear by one slot.
