I don't wanna pick a chair & chose sides here, but (not everyone wants to say how it happened, but with the info i have:)

Clearly bug abuse, intended abuse of unintended mechanics !

@ JC , you restored characters for less obvious bugs, so it would be normal to restore these too! I see no other way for Darwoth to get in there. If not, then you're clearly picking a side here, threat everyone the same or don't restore character at all !!!

For those of us not even close to all this, explain what exactly (seems to have) happened?

I will leave that to the groups involved or JC to explain, since I'm not gonna distribute a way to get into a claim or village with bugs. Since it will only be patched next patch.

Well JC doesn't seem to think it is a bug - which means its not going to be patched...

actually i offered to let the character lost stay dead if i could have murder scents for lailiath, the fact no scents were left and a death occured in an area it was not supposed to be mechanically possible is a bug with faulty game mechanics to blame, the absolutely ABSURD and RIDICULOUS claims you make even IF they were true would have been entirely due to a combination of horrible security and bad player decisions. a different animal entirely.

it is the same thing as party invites vs walljumps, one is an unintended and acceptable mechanic the other is a bugged mechanic. understand the difference.

at the end of the day judaism is just a ***** that has now gotten every single person in his faction killed with backstabs and failed attempts at backstabs.

While I really love the idea of trojan horses, It was not an intended mechanic (aka bug) and nobody except the ones who abused it knew about !

well i disagree, the 6 years of experience i have with this games sister game haven and its developers disagree, and thankfully these developers disagree to. in fact things of that nature should be left in game as they ad a level of depth that is difficult to replicate with other ****.

So if I use a mechanic unknown to you, and claim it's not a bug, will you not cry over a lost character ??

depends what the "bug" is. the one you were planning to utilize against me on jamestown with the glitched priest shoes that would send me into a crash loop is a bug, jumping over/through walls is a bug. if however, you somehow tricked me into doing something stupid as ***** such as in your hypothesized scenario then i would have nobody to blame but myself.

you need to brush up on your reading comprehension skills and simmer down cupcake.

you did not crash to priest shoes because you edited your graphics file, for the rest of the game they got thrown into a crash loop
