We have a winner!

I do like the "mail bag" answer, but technically a post office holds more letters (and it was the answer I was looking for).

Should've gone witH "Sorting facility" since that's likely the place with the most letters at any given time xD the post office just passes them along :D and yeah I liked post office better than my own for sheer quantity. :)

Riddle #14:

A wealthy merchant had three wise sons.
To each he gave a single coin and a task; whoever filled their living room the fullest would get his fortune.
The first son bought straw and filled it a quarter way full.
The second son bought sticks and filled it halfway.
The third son only bought two things, but was awarded the fortune.

What did he buy?

As I walked through the marketplace a familiar stranger told me this riddle and bid me to test your skills. He said a fitting gift would be the hat many merchants find fashionable. I asked this stranger again for his name, but he simply replied, "you need only know that the FireClan is pleased with your efforts."

So, as per his wishes, today's winner will receive this gorgeous hat in addition to the silver and points on the leaderboard:
