Right now, Sparks & Embers doesn't have a bonus effect. (Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see anything in the proficiency table)
Maybe increased skill in Sparks & Embers could help reduce the chance of breaking a tinder drill?

didn't it also affect firearms damage or reloading time or something like that? I can't completely recall (who uses those, anyway :') )
