Hafen is not something new. It's just Haven with new engine. They are improving it, not making something new

It has only been a month. I'm pretty sure jorb and loftar were more... interactive and eager when they started HnH and Salem.
Plus, it's usually easier to improve or add things to existing product with working engine / infrastructure than to create it from scratch..
