I don't advertise or spam my thread link in the game. If you traded with someone doing so you traded with a scammer impersonating me by simply using this thread link.

If you trade with someone doing so you do it at your own risk and I do not take responsibility for it.

I stand to gain nothing out of scamming people for a bit of silver since I can get all the materials I want and a happy customer might return while a scammed one certainly will not.

A positive review goes a long way and as you can see I only have positive reviews and not even from all my clients - until now that someone came up with this scam.

However should you have at least taken the precaution of taking a screenshot clearly showing someone spamming this thread link and showing exactly what you got scammed out of, I may - this once off - reimburse you the goods even thought I didn't cause this.

First of all,who you traded was NOT ungodly,it's a scammer who uses this thread to scam.So what this means that the guy you traded was not ungodly,it was another guy pretending that he was the owner of this shop.And posting the link of this thread in boston so people think that is ungodly,but it isn't.

I would not be phased by negative comments from accounts with a single post.

They are likely to just be sockpuppets, it wouldn't be the first time people did this to traders.

I support this trader wholeheartedly. I have made several trades with him now, and all have gone smoothly. Also, because he is on my kin/buddy list, I can verify that he only ever logs onto his trader alt after being contacted in the forums. I have never seen him spamming in Boston, nor anywhere else for that matter. It is a shame that the nature of alts in Salem means that people can go about misrepresenting themselves and pretending to be others. The only way to be sure that the person you're trading with is the actual forum poster, is to arrange a meeting with them via pm on the forums. Do not trust random strangers in Boston who claim to be reputable traders. This is not a game for trust. Paranoia will serve you far better. I feel sorry for those who were scammed; losing hard earned silver to dishonourable scum is never a pleasant experience. However, ungodly was not at fault here. A good rep and a steady stream of happy customers is far more lucrative than the occasional scam. No sane trader would risk future business for some odds and ends or a few hundred silver.

Remember, be sure to set up the trade via the forums, and when in doubt, trade in small chunks.
