Its just wrong to refer the whole country as Holland simply because Holland just covers 2/12 provinces of The Netherlands. California is a state in the US, you would not refer the whole country (USA) as California simply because there is alot of tourism going on. Most Dutch people don't even know how to pronounce their own country in English because of this nonsense, which does bother me.
