Got you beat there... KO in the mtns w/o enough food with a snake skull in inventory... last second I attempted to equip it with 12% chance and failed... KO anyway.

Summit to Top more trouble than it was worth- thinking that at the time.

Yeah- I think so too... now.

Everything else you build... is self-explanatory... only coal pits... even from wiki... it doesn't say light it on fire after to start the timer... at least not the wiki I had access too at the time.

Major newb mistake!

I had a noob who I was helping that use to freak out about stuff like that. The best was the day after he planted his first field he PMed me freaking out that a plague of locus were eating his crops.
My worst noob mistake was probably forgetting to just log out when you run across a hostile in the wild. I managed to dodge a couple of shots for a slingshot and evade his attacks until I ran out of stamina and was eventually cornered. His first attack KOed me and his second was a death blow, but if at any point during the chase I had just remembered that I could have logged out then I would have lived.

Nope, They just eventually ended up with Candy Island which I found and owned first.

Meh, I never really made any serious mistakes. I hauled a bunch of boxes from an abandoned camp 10-15 min away from me in the first couple of days I played before I knew how easy it was to make them.

My biggest mistake in this game was not developing the island I traded Candy Island for, Stumpwater Island. It had both a copper and iron mine. It was a great location but I stuck with my mountain base for a month before starting on 2 other towns. I put a claim on it in February and owned it for for a year.

Last world I also made the mistake of trying to run 7 towns at the same damn time. I did nothing but hunt agro's and chop cotton for hours just to feed them all. At one point I was paying the bell's on Atlantis, Roda Skogen, Mirkwood, TT, Silverash, Riverton and your town of Ordo Templari, Biddas. I was the mayor of 6 of them.

Meanwhile I was also paying like 7 big Pclaims: the mountain base which was called Limetown, Belethor's Magic Island (Stumpwater Island), the infamous Redwood Manor that Binks hit, Binks's old Lime Pit in 'The Great Central Badlands' which I took over, Sweetwater Bakery which Darnokpl hit, The Trading Post at 'Hunkpapa', and of course the central vault at Darnokpl's old town at the 'Order of the Crimson Rose' which I took over.

I was paying like 20,000s every 2 weeks or something. Way too much.
