I think it would be cool tho if you make it so someone would have to do get to a certain amount of humours ( very high biles ) and over 200 in perennial philosophy they will be given an 1 time option to become a witch if the accept their humours and Proficiencies will be wipe.
A witch will not have bile drain in the darkness but out of darkness they will experience drain and the closer to boston they are the more drain they will experience.
They should also be given spells and a broom and should be able to kill a player even if the player have double there biles.
Witch character should be very hard to create so that it will be a rare to see one.
