That is sad to hear. What would you add to freshen the experience?

That's a hard question to answer as it's a lot more complicated than adding something to 'freshen' the experience and I'm talking from the perspective of a player and not a developer. I can say that I think it's less a case of adding new content, in terms of priority, and more a case of making the game faster paced, encouraging long term play and balancing current mechanics. How to go about that in the games current condition is almost impossible to answer, if it were easier then I'm sure Jorb and loftar would have a success on their hands rather than a game which, imo, is already far too broken to fix without major changes to it's very core.

Adding new content at this stage is the equivalent of placing a band-aid over a severed limb and simply serves as a placebo - which is not a bad thing pro tem - you hardly want to lose the few faithful left - but does nothing to encourage me I'm afraid and nor do the patches I've read about so far.

I'm sorry too. :)

Jesus, that phrase is depressing as *****.

Who knows, they just might want to change the very core of the game. I'd advise you to stick around a little longer and check the forums a few times per week. If you feel like picking up the game again, PM me. I'll help you out in the beginning, perhaps even allow you to join my village.

Lol, it is a bit isn't it, sorry.

And, yes, ofc long term they will have to think about it if they want to turn the game around.
I still check in fairly regularly, maybe once a wk, more if something interests me.

Thanks for the offer - I'll bear it in mind should such a change come about. :)
