Questions: Bots, Multiple accounts and donating.

Will botting still be tolerated?
it have limited use (specially after the smaller biomes came) but still worth using,

4. Multiple accounts are allowed on the forum for the purpose of role playing and character immersion. Using an alternate account for the purposes of ban evasion or to spam posts is not allowed and will be punished.

it would still be impossible to confirm a user 100% if he or she were using proxies and different email accounts, and it's quite easy to make to blame an allready banned forum user to prolong their ban.

Will there be a donate option?
would be quite happy if i could avoid seatribe and paradox profit in order to support the game.

Looking forward to see what changes this new management will bring, how ever i will sadly not be online for a couple of months

They've stated in the announcement threads that botting could lead to account perma-bans from the game.

Is this a programming competition or mmorpg?
And one more question? Are u going to do something with bots, or are u going to just allow them?

Botting will not be allowed. That being said, it will be stopped to the extent that our software can identify it. Botters may still get through as they always find a way to do, but we reserve the right to disable those accounts and will be placing in measures to limit botting whenever possible.

I'm sorry you feel that way about Custom Clients but the better question is where have we failed in the server to client interaction that is allowing the client itself to be such an unfair advantage. I would much rather spend time investigating those flaws than to simply eliminate the ability to tweak your window to our world.

Here you go.

The statement about permabanning was made by me in regards to the forum. We are no longer issuing permanent bans to forum users for bad forum behavior.

There will be no opportunity to donate directly. We will make an announcement when the Store has been changed over.
