Let me take the time to describe jorb's Salem persona. I say persona because I have no idea who jorb is as a real person. Let's go...

The purpose of art like this is to elicit thoughtful introspection about your own participation in the game. I pasted jorb's face over the face of Sweden's Culture Minister (the irony in the original is that she fails to demonstrate an understanding of the art despite her position as a minister of culture).

Jorb's face is different from the minister's, however. Jorb is looking at us with full recognition of his behavior and instead of the art eliciting a thoughtful response, he finds it delightful that he can force us to consume our own creative and regenerative energies for his own pleasure. (aka "tears" or in this example, your own organs).

The rest of us are expected to act like the cheering monkeys in the background (which all you PRAS! jorbtards do).

Thank you jorb, your art has made me much more aware of my own participation.

No worries moderator allow me to do your job correctly:

I'm still just pissed that Jorb could so easily throw one of his moderators, sabinati of all people, under the bus like that. You have your reasons for choosing these people I assume just as you have your reasons for unbanning those ***** retards but if you're just going to continually reverse their decisions, correct decisions mind you, why the ***** are they even here? Moderate the forum yourself if you're so inclined to be such a piece of ****.

Sabinati is the best moderator and Jalpha said it best.

Predominantly you only seem to appear as a moderator when moderation is being questioned. The result is usually heavy handed bans. That's from my perspective, but I don't often test the boundaries of what is appropriate posting on these boards. Others likely have their own interpretation.

Without word of a lie I find your no-nonsense approach refreshing, and I think it's a very valuable part of what keeps these boards what they are. Particularly in circumstances where other moderators seem to feel constrained by protocols which are being twisted against them.

It is very much the case that when the balance of power is being upheld, and a line is drawn, you are the moderator who is there.

If jorb wants to be..well, "jorb", and sabinati has to play "sabinati-banned," and TekkxKnight is playing "moderator," then I'll give them some PvP RolePlay. btw, I have reported every neored post in this thread, at least.

You are a good sport Tekk. I admit that I liberally used the tools available to play the "forum" game today. It seems a legitimate way to enjoy Salem without having to actually play a broken and abandoned game.

Plus, I think jorb ACTS like a douche, so if you represent his game as a moderator, you should get to enjoy all the "features" of his work.

*Sabinati unjustly bans Mikus.
*Brona unjustly goes *****.
*Somebody justly bans Brona
*Sabinati Unjustly bans Mereni, Myself, and PMP who were nowhere near involved in any of this.
*Jorb Justly bans Sabinati, unbans innocents.
*TechX tries damage control from people who somehow think it is ok for Mods to ban neutral parties for threads they were not even a part of.

Just another day in the Salem forums I suppose lol.
