Can't learn new skill

Seems like all requirements are ok, but still I can't learn "Lore of the Lumberwoods"

You raise your maximum study in 1 proficiency with 10% temporarily by studying the same inpsirational a few times in the same serie. This is to limit increasing your profincies by studying the same inspirational.

However, to learn Lore of the Lumberwoods you need both 700 study and lvl 7 at frontier and wilderness.
In your case you do have the 700 study, but not the lvl 7 skill. So what you need to do is upgrade your Fr&W one more time and after that fill up with study again and then you cna learn it.

On a sidenote:
It is pretty interesting how your maximum Fr&W is 760 since this isnt 600*1.1^x. I'm guessing you used to have lvl 7 Fr&W, then you KO'd losing 1 lvl of Fr&W and then studied 1 inspirational twice gaining +60 max Fr&W. Same for Law and Lore.

When you KO you lose all your inspiration and 2 random skill lvls, if you KO this early in the game it is better to start a new character since it will take like a week to get the inspiration you lost.

To ELI5: Skill requirements depend on your unmodified cap. Every time you use more of the same inspirational, all your skill caps temporarily increase to make it harder to grind out levels.

If you any of the skills that it requires are in bright red, it means your cap isn't high enough. THe name will also be in a dark red. Skills you have the minimum cap are in brownish-red.
