If i die and i have a claim can i make a new char and take possesion of my deed that the dead char had; all on the same account.Thank you

yes, inherit upon creating a new character, a new pc which should appear near a stall

Yes, when you create your character, there'll be an npc in the character creation area that allows you to inherit. Be sure not to miss him.
