They aren't deviants if their communities accept it. You absolutely run the streets with your own sexual fetishes. They just seem normal to you.
One thing you realize when you travel to other places and meet other cultures is that normal is an idiotic idea. Sexual fetishes include a lot of things that are actually pretty abnormal around the world. Do you prefer women with no leg hair or arm pit hair? That's an abnormal sexual fetish localized to certain cultures. Do you prefer women with big breasts? That's a rather new fetish to western culture. As early as 200 years ago large breasts were seen as ugly.
Saying that, there are definitely extreme cultural and sexual fetishes.
Trans-sexuality and Homosexuality are not extreme. They have the right to live like who they want to be without harassment or abuse. They're simply stating their sexual preference just like you're saying you prefer women. It's genetic and they can't change who they are. Religion and culture have kept them from saying that until recently but it's always been there.

For all the Europeans out there, this is the difference between European Right Wing Movements and American Right Wing Movements. This is acceptable speech in society in America and it's why we can be so ugly as a society sometimes. You'd never see this on the Radio or TV in Europe but you'll see it here all the time.

That's the whole point you're missing D, they've already decided who they are, you just disagree with them.
In most cases they just use the bathroom they want or that they dressed for. They go in and use it and then leave and most people don't even know they're a woman or a man. Hermaphrodites do it every day too.
