I think at least 2 types of gluttoning should be considered.
First one is gluttoning while you play. For this you want mainly foods with short debuff timers and you will glutton to gain one point, then wait for debuff to end, glutton 1 point again and so on.
Second one is gluttoning before going offline - that's when you can afford getting long debuff and you want to gain as many biles as possible. For this debuff time is less important and you want to use more varied foods with high biles gains and less foodtype debuffs.
For the first type of gluttony autumn delight is really good, because it has low timer and good amount of biles.
