Corn is a troll. They removed the package materials from the game about a week or two after the start of Providence. You'll notice that nobody is selling corn on the Tradewinds Forum section. I saw it the first week of play but haven't since.

If you really want to see if someone has it, ask them to try and sell it on 'Tradewinds'. They aren't allowed to troll on Tradewinds and will be given a warning or ban if they post Corn for sale.
