As I am an Indian, this puts me directly under the authority of the regulations of the Tribal Gaming Commission, so yes Jurisdiction is clearly evident here in regards to the subject matter. The Commission further conducted a fair and legitimate impartial investigation of fact findings exposing the wicked devil in bed with Coles. As someone who is presently unfamiliar with which players belong to which factions, I too did not realize that this was a "tribe thing" and in light of this new information as well as the confusion created by those retarded logs and a lack of any real explanation as to why the number was changed or why jorb/loftar would have revealed this number in the first place, I would like to revoke my choice and effectively disqualify my self from any future tribal lotteries.
