Are windmills round?

Obviously the graphic for windmills is round, but is the footprint? If I build it on the diagonal will it still take up the same 5x5 as if I build it "square" to the grid?

Nope, windmills are not round. In fact, everything in Salem has a rectangular or square footprint. Windmills should be about 4.5 by 4.5 squares in size.
