Thinking of getting back into the game

Hello there ! I am an old player who lastly played this 14 or 15 months ago . Since the game was pretty addictive I thought I would give it another 100-150 hours . Before I start though I wanted to ask some things :

- Why is there only one server ? I thought we had 3 .
- Do we have any new players or are there the same 200 ? (sigh)
- Any major gameplay changes ?

3 servers were wiped last month and now we have one. Population wasn't big enough to fustify 3 servers.

I think we mostly have old players.

There were major gameplay changes in the last 15 months, I think you would get more accurate info by reading threads in announcements section.
In short, gluttony, inspirational and purity mechanics have been changed. Darkness has been changed, some new creatures added, clothing bonuses (artifice) introduced.

Very well. Thanks for the info . I am not too happy with new players joining and whining on the forums but ...I really hope this game doesn't die . I just think that it would be better if the devs actually got it on Steam . It could really boost the playerbase (see Fallen Earth , Hawken).

Yeah, and non-stop accusations of "Devs don't care", "Pay2Win", "Grfx R Ghay", "Mods Suck", "One Faction Controls the game", and "Claeyt won't STFU"

Really sorry to bump this guys but I realised I am not going to have access to my laptop for quite a while.For now I am forced to use this crappy netbook. Specs:

I lagged a lot as soon as I spawned at the port but I want some other opinions anyway.

I lag in Boston most of the time. Are you saying you lagged at Boston port, or London? Getting out in the wild where you're all alone should help at lot.
