destroying brazier?

How much bile you need to destroy a Brazier in your own base? I got it to 51% with 40 bile character, but that's it.

I don't know the exact values, but braziers work like this:

From 0-50% braziers can be damaged as you described. At 50% damage braziers are disabled.
51-100% brazier soak value increases dramatically and seems to require about as much Phlegm as Plank Fence, maybe less, but I don't know exactly.

I have to make a correction: 50 phlegm was the minimum phlegm required to damage Plank Fence in the Previous World.

Seems legit to me, but I have realized that we can't take anything for granted from the last map.
