You can't change the fact that it is an international community and people will raid at different times. It's not a problem to be solved any more than has been.

In eve it is not solved? Albion is almost pure pvp crafting mmo and they have guild wars?

Please, inform us how it is different in EVE.

Since I don't know a thing about Albion, you'll need to inform. Also, guild wars != open PvP

In salem terms the eve system essentially is that the defender gets to specify which hours of the day a waste claim can activate, which means EU based groups will always defend in Eu prime and US groups will defend in us prime, this way the defender can make sure they can always rally enough players to conduct defense ops.
