Bugged Mine points

I think this is a bug, I just tried to build a copper mine in a flat forest terrain, keeps giving the error "you can't build there"

I found quite a few nodes in a relatively close range, wonder if these nodes are bugged, maybe with the purity fix some nodes were broken?
