Food for biles

Hello fellow pilgrims and criminals,
is it just me, or the wiki really is outdated in terms of food stats? I found some of them totally incorrect.
Well, anyway, this simple question - good foods for every bile, after they reached 20ish stats? Without farming, because I did not have that yet.

Gluttony/bile foods have been thoroughly changed with last update/wipe. Therefore wiki is not up-to-date yet in relation to new specifications. I suck at increasing biles, so I will let others pitch in

Seaweed rolls or sea loaf for black bile
Autumn delight for yellow
lean rabbit and a fish i cant remember is very good for phlegm
frog chowder is decent for blood, but theres lots of options.. fish in reeds, lumberjack frikadel.. Blood is easy

These should get you to at least 40.

This new system encourages difference though, if you just use the same stuff it lowers per humour you gain which is abit annoying.

Thats why I said they will get you to 40.. which most will do wihtout needing other supporting food.. purity dependant ofc..

I am currently building myself a spread sheet of all foods to help add to the wiki when i can, and I am finding that although difference is encouraged by cooked food, the difference from the ingredients has gone in a lot of cases.. (as I found with berries on string all producing the same gluttony values regardless of type of berries)

The gluttony values for mushroom pies still change pretty heavily depending on what mushroom you use. Using the proper mushrooms has the potential to increase gluttony values by 4-5

The real difference is the restoration values. Like how food with deer meat restores pies, and rabbit meat restores berries.
