Maybe you need to clear DNS cache. Fire up command line and type:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /flushdns

just wait a while, sometimes it takes a while for dns changes to propagate out.

It should be worth mentioning that the Tribal Wiki has a 0% downtime due to failed domain registration. Those looking for less hiccups like this should use the more reliable wiki.
