joining a firend

Hi there,

is there any way to teleport o.s. to a friend/kin or a friend/kin's lean-to with a new character?
Or does he have to have a claim?

I tried the homestead secret at the wilderness guy, but was told that the character is not settling.

He must have a claim if you want to use the Kin secret option.
If you use the guide to be teleported in the wild, then you will not be able to use the kin secret option later.

The other way is to kin him with the secret, and then to party with him. You will then have a beautiful arrow that show you the direction to go
It can be a long walk, but you will find many stuff

1.make sure u didnt random teleported with the wilderness guide (wont work then)
2.add him as kin with his homestead secret
3.talk to the wilderness guide and fill your friends hs in the bar below
4. press return and click the new bar (not okay)
5. your leanto spawns in his claim and you get teleported
